Appearance:

(sample best before 31/Dec/15) Sandy golden with thick white retentive head and spotted lacing.

Aroma:

White crusty bread, elderflower and white grapefruit, lemon zest and lemon grass.

Taste:

Bitter and very citrusy with crusty white bread, cut grass and white pepper. Faint peachy fruit.

Aftertaste:

White and black pepper spice with lingering grassiness.
