Review and Tasting

Appearance:

(15/May/17) Hazy, deep chestnut amber with off-white head and light lacing.

Aroma:

Bready, yeasty, grassy, citrusy and white flower blossom with strawberry candy.

Taste:

Medium to full-bodied. Sweet and sour, strawberry bubble gum, sweet banana chews and yeasty bread.

Aftertaste:

Sour, lightly bitter yeasty and citrusy white pepper finish.

Overall:

Bready, yeasty, grassy, citrusy and white flower blossom with candied strawberry candy, banana chew sweetness and white pepper.
