Appearance:
Crystal clear with plentiful rising small bubbles.
Aroma:
Quinine, flinty minerality and very faint lemon meringue pie filling.
Taste:
Clean in style with moderate carbonation. Quinine bitter dryness and citric acidity balanced by mild sugar sweetness with very subtle zesty lemon.
Aftertaste:
Lingering quinine dryness, light citric acidity and faint lemon.
Overall:
A clean, balanced tonic with good quinine bitterness. Lemon notes are faint and don't distract from its straightforward quinine style.
