Distilled in Cornwall, England with 15 botanicals, including: juniper, lime flower tea, star anise, fresh lemon and fresh lime peels, seaweed, rock samphire, nutmeg, cinnamon and coriander. The botanicals are macerated in wheat neutral spirit for a 12 to 15 hours prior to distillation.

Appearance:

(sample bottle batch 53) Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Grassy lime citrus and piney juniper with peppery cinnamon spice.

Taste:

Dry piney juniper, lime zest, salty seaweed and cut grass with black pepper, cinnamon and faint star anise.

Aftertaste:

Pine, cut grass, peppermint and light white pepper spice with light lingering saltiness.

Overall:

There’s a distinctive saltiness throughout though this dry, juniper forward gin with cut grass, lime zest, peppermint, star anise and spice - black pepper, cinnamon and nutmeg.
