Appearance:

(sample bottle batch 00.18 BBE Apr/18) Crystal clear with streams of quickly rising bubbles.

Aroma:

Fresh/pickled cucumber reminiscent of raita with candied watermelon.

Taste:

Slightly sweet, candied cucumber and watermelon – slight boiled sweet/hard candy note, but refreshing and pleasant.

Aftertaste:

Fades with refreshing cucumber and candied watermelon.

Overall:

This slightly sweet mixer delivers its headline cucumber and watermelon favours but these are somewhat candied in style rather than fresh.
