Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Pungent caramel and fudge with some toffee and light white pepper.
Taste:
As the name suggests, the palate is slightly salty and has good fudge flavour. As "liqueurs" go, this is very dry with just enough sugar to balance rather than sweeten. Cracked black pepper notes add delicate spirituous spice.
Aftertaste:
Lingering lightly salted buttery toffee fudge.
Overall:
What's not to like? This Salted Caramel liqueur has a good flavour, is well-balanced and is far from overly sweet with just enough sugar.
