Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Pungent and delicately smoky with underlying bready maltiness. Meaty and apple notes emerge with a splash of water.

Taste:

Attractive sweetness and ripe pear fruit with light smokiness. Even sweeter with water.

Aftertaste:

Long smoky finish.

Overall:

This new make spirit is so tasty that it almost seems to good to age. Sweet, fruity and wonderfully smoky, this peated Rascally Liquor makes for a very interesting cocktail ingredient.
