Appearance:
Clear, violet shade of purple.
Aroma:
Pungent floral lavender. Very concentrated and clean.
Taste:
Lavender flavour is strong but not to the degree that the nose might suggest. Sugary sweetness with accompanying taste of icing sugar.
Aftertaste:
Icing sugar and floral lavender finish.
Overall:
Pungent aroma leading to a clean lavender palate. Hard to fault.
