Appearance:
Clear, deep brown bronze.
Aroma:
Pungent citrus, dried fruit, gentian, cloves and cinnamon.
Taste:
Concentrated rooty and gentian bitterness but also surprisingly fruity with orange freshness. Spice follows and dominates with cinnamon and clove.
Aftertaste:
Long fruity bitter finish.
Overall:
Concentrated fruity rooty bitterness.
