Appearance:
Clear, pale golden.
Aroma:
Molasses, coconut, mocha coffee, caramel, vanilla and nutmeg.
Taste:
Light to medium-bodied. Subtle dry toasty oak and delicate spice with sweet vanilla fudge, crème anglaise, caramel, and desiccated coconut nuttiness.
Aftertaste:
Lightly spiced with pleasant desiccated coconut and cream-of-soda vanilla.
Overall:
Rounded and quaffable with subtle dry lightly spiced oak mellowed by sweet vanilla fudge and desiccated coconut nuttiness.
