This Barrel Cut edition of Monkey 47 is made by ageing Schwarzwald Dry Gin in lightly toasted casks made from rare mulberry wood.
Only new, hand-made to order, 110-litre mulberry wood barrels are used and these are lightly toasted on the inside to add to the myriad notes these casks impart to the gin.
