Appearance:

(sample 2014 harvest, batch No.6, bottle No. 2703) Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Clean and neutral with white pepper.

Taste:

Clean with a soft mouthfeel and cleansing black pepper spice with very faint star anise and liquorice.

Aftertaste:

Soft, almost oily mouthfeel continues with black pepper spice, very faint aniseed and distinctive liquorice minerality.

Overall:

Soft mouthfeel with moderate peppery spice and distinctive faint liquorice and star anise notes.
