One of a range of liqueurs made by macerating fresh fruit in Chase potato vodka. Like the rest of the Chase range, this is handmade and hand-bottled.
Review and Tasting

Appearance:
Light golden in colour.
Aroma:
Fragrant nose of peach skin and flesh with aromas of straw and oxidised apple juice.
Taste:
Sweet, light, fresh and delicate with good clean fruity notes of caramelised peach and galia melon.
Aftertaste:
The finish has some acidity to balance the sweetness but fruit continues throughout. Lasting gala melon notes.
