Developed with the help of bartender Alex Lawrence, Signature Mixers No.3 is Coca-Cola with woody notes of Patchouli, Balsam Copaiba, Basil, Vetiver and Yuzu.
Review and Tasting

Appearance:
Clear, deep amber brown.
Aroma:
Similar to Classic Coca-Cola but with very subtle new oak/pencil shavings.
Taste:
Again, not dissimilar to regular Coke but with the cola cube notes slightly reduced and replaced with pine white woody notes.
Aftertaste:
Drier than Classic Coke but with subtle pine and faint lingering smoke.
Overall:
When compared neat to Classic Coca-Cola the difference is very subtle. However, when mixed with aged spirits the difference is profound with the spirit's woody notes dramatically enhanced.
