Try this citrusy gin in a Tom Collins, Gin Rickey or French 75.

Review and Tasting

Sampled on 02/06/2019

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Zesty lemon, lemon meringue filling, piny juniper, liquorice and black pepper spice.

Taste:

Lemon drizzle cake citrus, piney juniper, nutty angelica, liquorice and enlivening spice.

Aftertaste:

More lemon and juniper with lingering spice.

Overall:

The promised Lemon Drizzle cake flavours are delivered but without compromising juniper. It may be lemony, but the juniper has also been dialled-up so this remains a predominantly juniper gin.
