Distilled in Australia by the Brook Family with the help of Jim McEwan. Brookie’s boasts 25 botanicals, 17 of which are native to the local Northern Rivers (Byron Bay) region, including Sunrise Finger Limes, Aniseed Myrtle, Cinnamon Myrtle, Macadamia, Native River Mint and Native Raspberries.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Piney juniper, orange and lime zest, rose blossom and raspberry with nutty/woody angelica root, coriander and cinnamon flavoured Dentine chewing gum.

Taste:

Faint but distinctive sweet raspberry and liquorice serve to mellow dry piney juniper with roasted macadamia nuttiness and enlivening cinnamon and white pepper spice.

Aftertaste:

Citrusy juniper with subtle raspberry and lemon grass.

Overall:

A classic juniper-led dry gin in style but with a lot going on, including attractive raspberry, zesty citrus, liquorice and macadamia.
