Review and Tasting
Sampled on 09/11/2019
Appearance:
Crystal clear.
Aroma:
Piney juniper, cardamom, cumin, clove and black pepper.
Taste:
Spices support rather than overwhelm juniper with cardamom, clove, black pepper and mild chilli heat.
Aftertaste:
Spicy notes continue through the long finish with lingering black pepper and chilli heat.
Overall:
With its spicy flavours and 46% alc./vol. strength this is a formattable gin, but juniper holds its own and remains dominant. Adds an attractive touch of Indian spice to make a delicious G&T.
