A gold blended Caribbean rum made with rums distilled from sugar cane molasses from three distilleries and aged on-site in American Oak ex-bourbon barrels at each distillery:
2 year-old Guyanese Demerara rum distilled at the Diamond Distillery using a wooden Enmore Coffey still built in 1880.
4 year-old Jamaican rum from the Worthy Park Estate distilled in copper pot-still.
8 year-old Barbados rum from Foursquare Distillery distilled in pot & column stills.
Cleo Farman, the Managing Director of Farman % Son Ltd, the Manchester, England company behind this rum says, "This pure blend has no added sugar, caramel or other adulteration."
Diablesse Rum is named after a temptress of Caribbean folklore, a human turned demon due to her deals with the devil said to have a beautiful figure but a hideous face hidden by a large brimmed hat and a long dress covering that one of her legs ends in a cow hoof. She is said to walk with one foot on the road and her cow hoof on the grass verge.

Clear, pale golden amber.
Spiced banana cake with grilled pineapple, pencil shavings, fruit salad chews, vanilla and cinnamon spice.
Dry. Light to medium-bodied. Cinnamon, white pepper spice and dry oaky notes with rich banana cake, dried fruit and tart zesty citrus.
Long finish. Fruity notes fade to lingering lightly bitter oak, white pepper and cinnamon spice.
This believably unadulterated rum is dry and spicy with white pepper and cinnamon spice sitting above tropical and dried fruit, particularly banana cake.
