Review and Tasting

Sampled on 14/05/2020

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Eucalyptus and pine with delicate citrus.

Taste:

Dry - very dry compared to some sweetened Old Tom gins. Good juniper notes with cooked lemon and enlivening spice.

Aftertaste:

Lingering piney juniper, citrus freshness and delicate peppery spice.

Overall:

What Old Tom should be, amplified botanicals and juniper-forward with the merest hint of sweetness.
