Based on oak-aged wheat and malted barley spirit infused with roast hazelnuts and lightly sweetened.

Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Alluring buttery hazelnut and vanilla fudge.

Taste:

Surprisingly dry with lightly spiced hazelnut.

Aftertaste:

Long finish with hazelnut perhaps more pronounced than on the palate.

Overall:

Really pronounced hazelnut with the spirituous spice that accompanies the generous 35% alc./vol.. As liqueurs go, this is very dry. (So dry that it's hard to believe it has at least 100 g/l of sugar).
