Review and Tasting

Sampled on 11/06/2020

Appearance:

Clear, mid-deep golden with thick retentive head and good lacing.

Aroma:

Piney and grassy hops with honey and yeasty freshly baked bread.

Taste:

Medium-bodied. Toasty caramel bready malt with assertive honeyed grassy bitterness.

Aftertaste:

Palate cleansing, refreshing bitter grassy hop finish.

Overall:

Golden Valley has a cleansing grassy hop bitterness that invigorates underlying toasty caramel bready malt. This cleansing golden ale is brewed less than 10 minutes away from our office at one of the two local breweries to us.
