Appearance:

Clear with slight haze, deep golden amber with thin white head.

Aroma:

Toasty malt with tinned sweetcorn

Taste:

Light to medium-bodied. Clean with a good toasty malt backbone and well-balanced hop bitterness.

Aftertaste:

Toasted baguet crust and mild piney hop bitterness.

Overall:

Brewed with organic ingredients on an organic farm with spring water ticks a lot of boxes. As does the flavour of this crisp pilsner that's a little maltier than most.
