Appearance:

Clear, mid-golden amber.

Aroma:

Toffee, vanilla fudge, vanilla, and cinnamon spice.

Taste:

Sweet, buttery vanilla fudge, zesty orange (reminiscent of Lucozade Original), cinnamon, and cardamom. The sweetness helps tame the alcohol strength.

Aftertaste:

Vanilla, caramel, orange, and cinnamon.

Overall:

The absinthe challenging alcohol strength provides more spice than the cinnamon and other spices that flavour this slightly sweet overproof rum.
