Appearance:

Clear, faint yellow tinge.

Aroma:

Dairy cream overripe pear and cream-of-soda vanilla.

Taste:

Light and slightly sweet. Attractive cream-of-soda vanilla with overripe pear balanced by light acidity.

Aftertaste:

Yeast finish that's drier than the palate with not quite ripe pear.

Overall:

Light refreshing easy drinking. A great alternative to prosecco.
