Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Sawn oak, lime Opal Fruit/Starburst, ripe peaches, mango and clove.
Taste:
Lime cordial, clove, vanilla oak, ripe pear, pine needles, passion fruit and mango.
Aftertaste:
Burnt nut/oak and tropical fruit with a dusting of cinnamon and clove spice.
Overall:
Sweet vanilla and tropical fruit balanced by dry oak, black pepper and clove spice. Superb for such a young single pot still.
