Appearance:

Clear, deep scarlet red with purple tones.

Aroma:

Ripe plum, blackberry and morello cherry with dark chocolate.

Taste:

Medium-bodied. Ripe blackcurrant, morello cherry and sweet vanilla balanced by tart tannins.

Aftertaste:

Dry tannins with plum and blackberry fruit.

Overall:

Morello cherry, plum and blackberry fruit with sweet vanilla balanced by tart tannins. A good value for money Australian Shiraz.
