Distilled from sugar cane molasses from Trinidad and Tobago (we presume at Angostura Distillery) and aged in ex-bourbon barrels for two years.

Crystal clear.
There's a whiff of baked banana cake to the fairly neutral nose.
Initially slightly sweet palate turns bitter with burnt toast charcoal and toasted nut flavours.
Unpleasant, lingering bitterness to the finish.
