Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Reminiscent of Tizer with cinnamon spice, papaya, vanilla, Swan Vesta matchbox striking strip, crème brûlée, ginger and baking spices.
Taste:
Papaya fruit, dried tropical fruit, vanilla, stewed tea-like oak tannins, crème brûlée and baking spices.
Aftertaste:
Dried papaya, cinnamon, black pepper, vanilla, and coal tar.
Overall:
Pleasantly drier than many spiced rums with papaya being the main flavour that sets it apart.
