Based on organic wheat alcohol nine times distilled and made without added sugar. Seiers say their Lemon Bitters "are a fantastic companion to work with when making cocktails or basically anything with mixers.

Appearance:

Slight haze, coppery amber.

Aroma:

Zesty oily lemon with a faint whiff of digestive biscuit.

Taste:

Intensely flavoured, zesty and oily lemon with moderate to high bitterness.

Overall:

Very much lemon zest rather than lemon juice with oils adding a slight biscuity note.
