The Foxdenton Estate, after which this gin is named, is run by Nicholas Radclyffe - the descendent of a military family that first acquired the Foxdenton estate through marriage in 1367. (diluted to approx. 43%) Fresh, clean, traditional London dry juniper nose with heavy naan bread-like coriander seed and angelica.
Citrus lime zest burst leads to an equally traditional, clean palate with orris root providing distinctive earthy parma violet flavours.
Finishes dry with lingering pine juniper and fresh hay.
