The 'house gin' of Highclere Castle, famous for being the home of the Earl and Countess of Grantham in TV's Downton Abbey.
Distilled at England's oldest gin distillery using the traditional London Dry process and classic botanicals including juniper, angelica, cassia, orange and lemon peel. These are supplemented with botanicals from the castle's own gardens such as lavender, inspired by the borders in the Monks' Garden. The recipe, developed with the 8th Earl & Countess of Carnarvon (the real-life occupants of the house) over two years, also includes Highclere's estate-grown oats.

Crystal clear.
Pine scents of juniper and zesty citrus with subtle balsawood-like nutty angelica. Subdued floral - lavender.
Juniper forward with bright orange-led zesty citrus and cleansing spice from the coriander seeds. Floral notes are very faint.
Dry, long lingering juniper and citrus finish.
A classic London Dry Gin in style with generous citrus that's fit for an Earl & Countess.
