Distilled and bottled at Penrhos Farm in Herefordshire. Each bottle of this gin is infused 100 grams of raspberries and happily, as these were "wonky" raspberries, this gin helps reduce food waste on the farm.

Packaged in a recyclable nifty aluminium bottle.

Appearance:

Clear with a pale pink tinge.

Aroma:

Subtle fresh raspberry and raspberry jam with juniper-forward gin.

Taste:

Subtle raspberry intertwined with piney juniper, nutty angelic and pronounced coriander seed spice.

Aftertaste:

Raspberry notes linger ad sit well with the peppery tingle as the gin fades.

Overall:

This is not a sweet "pink" gin! It may be "Wonky" but it's perfectly balanced with just enough raspberry fruitiness to delicately flavour what remains a traditional London dry gin at its core.
