Review and Tasting

Sampled on 06/06/2023

Appearance:

Clear, deep crimson red (so deep that opaque).

Aroma:

Cinnamon, clove and blackcurrant jam.

Taste:

Rich red berry with mild commotion-led spice.

Aftertaste:

Long lingering red berry and Christmassy spice.

Overall:

As Monin says, this syrup is suited to use in mulled wine, indeed its flavour is somewhat reminiscent of a fruity mulled wine.
