Feragaia (pronounced Fe-ra-guy-a) meaning "wild earth" thanks to a clever mix of Latin and Greek (Fera is Latin for wild and Gaia in Greek mythology means earth) and this alcohol-free beverage is distilled in Scotland, appropriately using "14 land & sea botanicals".
Feragaia is made of 14 botanicals including:
Land: Lemon verbena and blackcurrant leaves.
Sea: Sugar kelp (Saccharina latissima)
Spice: Pink peppercorn
The bottle has a wooden cap and a synthetic cork, and it's worth mentioning that the distillery is committed to sustainability, using recycled materials.

Translucent and imbued with a pallid hue of yellow, evoking clarity.
Powerful aroma of earthiness, with hints of roots and herbal notes. It's followed by a wonderful burst of citrus, lemon verbena and lime, and floral notes such as chamomile and hibiscus, with a warming peppery finish.
Despite the thicker viscosity in appearance in the glass, it doesn't feel heavy on the palate. It might even seem a bit watery at first, with the citrus flavours taking the lead, followed by chamomile, hints of lemon verbena, zesty citrus, peppercorns, and a distinctive touch of mineral essence, particularly salt and acidity. On the rocks offers a more tamed version of it as the "Wild" whirlwind of flavours mellow. A hint of tea makes its welcoming appearance a fruity finish which pairs well with tonic water.
Lingering vestiges of peppercorns and acidity intermingle harmoniously with the enduring essence of lemon verbena and chamomile.
Worthy of experimentation with different mixers on a hot day - it works well with tonic water.
