Based on neutral grape distillate and made with certified organic artemesia absinthium (grande wormwood), anise, fennel, and coriander.
Made using traditional techniques with organic ingredients grown in California and Oregon.
Bottled in a dark bottle to prevent ultraviolet light from impacting the absinthe's colour and flavour.
Absinthia has been making absinthe since 1997, her first absinthe was commercially available in September 2017.
