SV Vodka is purported to be a multi-grain vodka, made from rye, wheat and barley. We understand it is distilled using a 5-column process then "filtered through a 14-step filtration process of Natural Mountain Crystals", including crystal quartz, morion (smoky quartz), chalcedony, topaz and opal.

Launched in 2006.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Clean with a faint grainy cream soda and anise.

Taste:

Dry, clean palate with fairly aggressive peppery spirit spice, faint star anise and vanilla.

Aftertaste:

More aniseed evident in a spicy finish that has a faint, slightly bitter hairspray-like flavour.
