Named after Dr. Pierre Ordinaire, who in 1792 created the first absinthe. Made in the south of France with botanicals including anise, sweet fennel, mugwort, star anise, balm, peppermint and wormwood, Absinthe Ordinaire is bottled at a lower alcohol strength than traditional absinthes.
