Made from roasted and distilled almonds from Puglia with an infusion of coffee cocoa, cinnamon and a pinch of sea salt, this Adriatico Amaretto has half the sugar of some other liqueurs. This limited edition has been aged for 24 months in a Bonollo Grappa Cask.

A release of 1,230 bottles, this Bonollo Grappa Cask Aged edition is the third such limited edition of Adriatico Amaretto. Once again, the amaretto takes on characteristics of the spirit formerly matured in the class to create a unique liqueur.

Based in Padova, Bonollo is one of the most prestigious grappa producers, famous for its long heritage and quality products.

Appearance:

Clear, deep amber.

Aroma:

Toasted amaretti biscuit with marzipan

Taste:

The grappa cask has dried this amaretto and also imparted buttery, toasty and spicy notes.

Aftertaste:

Deliciously long and ends with lingering grappa notes.
