This from Haiti is distilled from fermented fresh sugar cane juice obtained from cane harvested in two of Haiti's best rhum terroirs, the canefields of Croix des Bouquets in the south and the northern cane fields around Cap Haïtien, scene of Dutty Boukman's rebellion in 1791.

As the name suggests, this rim is infused with botanicals, including native woods and barks, allspice, bitter almond, clove, cinnamon, orange peel and vanilla.
