Old Parr 12 is named after Thomas "Old Tom" Parr, an English farmer allegedly born in 1482/3 and who died on the 13th of November 1635 shortly after meeting King Charles I, who arranged for him to be buried in Westminster Abbey, where his gravestone says he died "aged 152 years."
