Appearance:
Clear, golden amber.
Aroma:
Pungent roasted hazelnuts with subtle smokiness.
Taste:
Syrupy mouthfeel and sweet. Good toasted hazelnut flavour with subtle smoky and earthy notes adding to its complexity.
Aftertaste:
Buttery popcorn and caramel notes emerge.
Overall:
Just as nuts are tastier when roasted, so this toasty hazelnut syrup is tastier than Monin's unroasted hazelnut syrup.
