Appearance:

Clear, very pale straw gold.

Aroma:

Butterscotch nose with vanilla, bread pudding and subtle strawberry fruit aromas.

Taste:

The grippy peppery notes of the palate belie the short ageing of this young whiskey with vanilla and white chocolate flavours.

Aftertaste:

Short, bitter, butterscotch finish.
