Aroma:
Pungent bitter almond.
Taste:
Subdued bitterness but generous toasted almond flavour.
Aftertaste:
Long almond flavour with lingering bitterness, more pronounced than on palate.
Overall:
Bitters are designed to be dashed into cocktails rather than tasted neat, but Fee's Toasted Almond Bitters are delicious and are set to become a staple in an Amaretto Sour and similar cocktails.
