Appearance:

Clear, golden amber.

Aroma:

Pungent dunder rum-like nose with spicy oak and toffee apple fruit.

Taste:

Extremely sweet, almost treacle rich palate with pronounced pot still rum and Demerara sugar flavours. Heady balance/war between honeyed sweetness and raw sugar cane black cracked pepper spirit strength.

Aftertaste:

Long, pungent, pot still, treacle-like, heavy sugar finish.
