Pagès Verveine du Velay Jaune combines locally harvested Verbena with other aromatic plants and spices. It takes some 18 months to create this liqueur using three key steps: maceration, distillation and ageing in oak barrels. Verveine du Velay Jaune is gently sweetened with honey.
