Review and Tasting

Sampled on 05/09/2011

Appearance:

Slightly cloudy, pale amber yellow with creamy white head.

Aroma:

Yeasty, banana and clove nose with doughy French stick bread aromas and floral hops.

Taste:

Yeasty, citrus palate with faint clove spice is inoffensive but decidedly mellow with a thick creamy mouthfeel.

Aftertaste:

Cracked black pepper spice emerges in the very lightly spiced, subtlety overripe banana-flavoured finish.
