Part of Giffard's "premium" range of liqueurs, as the name suggests, Café du Honduras is made from a cold brew maceration of Honduras Arabica coffee.
Giffard has selected Lenca coffee from Honduras, a pure-origin Arabica, organic, and fair-trade coffee harvested in the mountainous regions of Honduras. This coffee is a blend of several varieties (Catuai, Caturra, Tipica, Bourbon), washed and not dried, and roasted to order in France.
