Review and Tasting

Sampled on 11/09/2011

Appearance:

Clear, pale golden.

Aroma:

Corn notes shine though the vanilla and toffee nose with buttered oak aromas.

Taste:

Spicy, heavily rye influenced, slightly smoky palate with vanilla, toffee and aggressive spirit.

Aftertaste:

Smokiness continues to the long spicy finish. This bourbon could easily be mistaken for a straight rye.
