Del Maguey Santo Domingo Albarradas is made by the Morales Luis family, one of the original families of Del Maguey, in the mountain village of Santo Domingo Albarradas in Oaxaca.

Appearance:

Crystal clear.

Aroma:

Roasted pear, white tea, green pepper, zesty citrus and white pepper.

Taste:

High acidity and white pepper yield to chili spice and then vegetal green bell pepper and metallic buzz buttons.

Aftertaste:

Dry vegetal, delicately smoky and woody finish.

Overall:

Fresh and freshening with bright vegetal peppery notes and delicate smokiness.
