Appearance:

Crystal clear with small rising bubbles.

Aroma:

Flinty mineral quinine with subtle citrus.

Taste:

A classic quinine-led tonic with surprisingly subtle notes of grapefruit and bergamot orange.

Aftertaste:

The grapefruit and bergamot are more pronounced in the finish, but still pleasingly subtle.

Overall:

The large front "grapefruit and bergamot" compared to the smaller print "tonic water" on the label might mislead you into thinking these flavours dominate, but don't fear, your G&T is safe. This tonic water adds subtle notes of grapefruit and bergamot that compliment rather than dominate.
